Bromsgrove District Council, working with Catshill Parish Council and Bromsgrove PCN, is offering free yoga sessions throughout the summer at Catshill Meadow. The sessions run every Saturday starting on 18 July 2026 at 9:30am.

The classes are open to all residents and require no prior experience. Participants are asked to bring a mat or towel. The outdoor setting provides a welcoming environment for gentle exercise and offers an opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with nature.

Health Benefits

Yoga sessions can improve posture and mobility, increase strength and balance, reduce stress levels and enhance overall wellbeing.

Council Support

Cllr Shirley Webb, Portfolio Holder for Health & Wellbeing and Leisure, said the free sessions make it easy for residents to get outdoors and enjoy the benefits of exercise in one of Bromsgrove's green spaces.
