Hallmark acquires Mount Croft care home in Bromsgrove

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes has acquired Mount Croft on Birmingham Road in Bromsgrove from Tanglewood Care Homes.

The 72-bed home has been renamed Hallmark Mount Croft. Hallmark says the acquisition is its first in Worcestershire.

Existing team transfers

According to Hallmark, all existing team members have transferred to the new operator and the home continues to operate as normal following the handover.

Nye Brown, the company’s chief executive, said joining the Bromsgrove community and opening its first home in the county was a milestone for the group.
