Bromsgrove District Council has launched a public consultation on proposed improvements to skateparks at Sanders Park and St Chad's Park. The council is inviting residents, skatepark users and local community groups to share their views on the future of these facilities.
The consultation aims to gather feedback from people who currently use the skateparks, or have done so in the past. Responses will help the council understand how the facilities are used and identify opportunities for future investment and improvements.
Who Can Take Part
The council is inviting people of all ages to contribute, including skateboarders, BMX riders, scooter users, inline skaters, families and local residents.

Members of the public can complete a short online survey at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/BDCSkatepark2026/
The survey is open until midnight on 14 September 2026.
Drop-in engagement events will also be held, allowing members of the public to speak directly with council representatives and discuss what improvements they would like to see.
Cllr Shirley Webb, Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing, Leisure and Culture, said: "Our skateparks are important community facilities, they provide opportunities for people of all ages to be active, socialise, and learn new skills. We want to hear from as many users as possible to help us understand what improvements would make the biggest difference."
